Selected work
Work that earned its place on this page.
The performance case studies show the math. The brand projects show the craft. The list is short on purpose — we'd rather show fewer projects with full context than pad the page with logos.
Performance case studies
Results with the operating context intact.
Each case keeps the constraint, the shift, the numbers, and the retrospective.
Reason Clothing • Performance Marketing • Men's Streetwear • New York
ROAS from 2.0x to a sustained 5-6x weekly.
Operator on this account: Mayank Sharma
Context
Reason Clothing arrived with a working product, a loyal NYC audience, and a streetwear identity with real cultural pull. ROAS was holding at 2.0x. Every attempt to scale spend pulled profitability down with it.
The real issues
- Creative was product photography with discount overlays — no buyer psychology, no emotional pull.
- The funnel wasn't moving audiences through cold, warm, and hot — every segment was seeing similar messaging.
- Pixel signals were noisy. Retargeting logic was outdated.
- Campaigns were spread across too many ad sets with no consolidated learning.
What changed
- Rebuilt creative around NYC streetwear identity with UGC, objection-handling sequences, and lifestyle-first product positioning.
- Restructured the funnel into a clean cold-warm-hot path with lookalikes pulled from high-value pixel events.
- Replaced the retargeting list with a three-stage narrative across awareness, consideration, and urgency.
- Cleaned pixel implementation and UTM mapping before any new creative shipped.
- Aligned messaging from ad to landing page to PDP.

What we'd handle differently
We spent too long on Meta in the first eight weeks. Branded Google search would have been a faster win. We caught it by month three, but the first six weeks left margin on the table.
310 Nutrition • Performance Marketing + Social Strategy • Wellness Supplements • USA
$192,500 in revenue on $58,000 of paid spend.
Operator on this account: Mayank Sharma
Context
310 Nutrition had product-market fit and an engaged customer base. Their social presence wasn't converting to revenue, and paid acquisition wasn't scaling cleanly.
Phase 1 — warming the audience
- Segmented wellness audiences by interest and behavior.
- Used creator and influencer content to build credibility before pushing the sell.
- Leaned on short-form video and UGC to drive engagement.
- Sixty days in: 8,000 to 10,000 follower growth, 3.2x engagement lift.
Phase 2 — converting the audience
- Retargeted social followers and site visitors with high-performing video and product carousels.
- Built a full-funnel awareness-to-conversion structure.
- Iterated creative weekly and rebalanced placements.
Numbers — first 90 days
In months 4-6, with around $70,000 of additional spend, ROAS climbed to roughly 4.5x on the strongest cohorts.
What we'd handle differently
Weekly creative testing was too aggressive for the bid algorithm to settle into a stable pattern. A 10-14 day testing window would have given the system room to optimize properly, especially on the higher daily budgets.
